Limb Lab wanted a way for their patients to communicate securely with one of their certified clinicians in real time. Whether a new amputee searching for answers, or a long time prosthetic or orthotic wearer wanting to learn about the latest options available, this app is an avenue for communication.

Chat is only the beginning.

From Day 1, Accella worked in collaboration with Limb Lab to design and develop this app. Starting with Strategy and Discovery we took that information and prototyped various user flows and experiences that would make up the first iteration of the app. Building off the positive response the app has recieved, we’re now in the “Next” phase of product development and are working on new features to bring even more value to Limb Lab clients.

The app also connects clients and their caregivers to an extensive resource library as well as other helpful, practical information about living with limb loss.
