This small, but growing, firm is looking for some help in our marketing department. The cool thing about this position, and there are many, is that you have the chance to work on promoting Accella as well as helping our clients promote their websites and mobile applications. So the more comfortable you are around websites and mobile applications, the more comfortable you’ll be at Accella. Though, with the ability to work from home, it can’t get much more comfortable than working in Spiderman pajamas.
This is a telecommute position, so it is required that the individual be extremely proactive, responsible and possess the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical resources. We are looking for someone that enjoys being part of a team and will offer feedback and ideas in order to design and develop the most solid and extensible product for our clients.
Ideally the candidate will be great with social media, PR, SEO & SEM, and not be afraid of Photoshop.
What we expect in a candidate:
- BS in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a Related Field.
- Three years experience “Doing Marketing”
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem-solving and creative mindset
- Experience thriving in a high-performance, results-oriented organization
- Experience and proficiency in interacting with external clients
- Not afraid of terms such as SEO, SEM, CPM, and CPC
- Experience in setting up and managing multiple social media accounts
- Experience with mobile marketing
- Experience writing press releases and pitching to a variety of media outlets
