Top Three Winners to Be Announced September 20th, at the Camden Club
July 26, 2012 – Baltimore, MD: Leading interactive web and mobile application development company, Accella, has been named as a finalist in this year’s list of Best Places to Work in Baltimore by the Baltimore Business Journal (BBJ). The annual list is designed to bring the Baltimore business community together to recognize and award those companies who have gone above and beyond in fostering a fun and enjoyable work environment.
This is the second time that Accella has made the list of finalists; it is a testament to providing a strong work experience for each of their 19 workers, all of whom work from home. “Our goal has always been to produce a high quality product at an affordable price for our clients,” said Jason King, President & CEO of Accella. “By having a 100% telecommute philosophy, we are able to expand the reach of our talent search while also offering great benefits for our employees. This gives us an edge in finding great talent that can create amazing websites and mobile applications while also keeping overhead expenses down.”
Accella was listed in the “Micro Business” category of the list for companies of 10-20 employees. The finalists were chosen based on their numerical scores in employee surveys given by the BBJ’s research partner, Quantum Workplace. The winners of each category will be announced at a luncheon reception on September 20, 2012, at the Camden Club in the Warehouse at Oriole Park. The full list of finalists can be found on the BBJ website at.
